Nikos Economopoulos said about many things to Manos Kornaros

Nikos Economopoulos said about many things to Manos Kornaros in his rather revealing interview at Melody 88.

He said about his platinum CD “DORO GIA SENA” that he believes that this is a very good album and there is a little bit of everything so “you can listen to it at any moment of the night or day”. The song DORO GIA SENA, the video clip of which is on the way at the moment, is dedicated to those who support Nikos and who occupies a big place in his heart. Nikos said about this song some characteristic words: “It touches me deeply because I requested this song for this particular reason”

The duet with Stamatis Gonidis was a real "gift" for him. Nikos said that this is one of the moments in his career, which will never be forgotten.

The laika singer confessed that after finishing this very successful and already beloved by people album, he is thinking about a new one. He even started to search for the new songs.

For those who think that by singing “Ksimeronei” Nikos spoiled his reputation of a laika singer, he answered that the song is different, but not that modern and it passes an important message.

Nikos Economopoulos talked about love, saying that as long as he lives he wants to live passionately and said that to achieve happiness one must have courage and take risks. He does not make friends easily and has only two he respects and loves.

Nikos said that when he started his career he was optimistic and that things, so far, worked out the way he wanted. His character has not changed same as his behavior and thoughts, he feels as a very humble person. He does not like to show off, he works hard and does not like when people criticise whilst doing nothing.

Also he said, that he likes to speak about things he believes and he would like people, which come to media, speak about serious things.

Finally Nikos said that he does not agree with those who refuse to talk to local radiostations, because people of the province make the artists to become “great”, that province is a backgrownd of the artist and this is where he came from.
